Greenscape Capital Group increases the environmental sustainability and social responsibility of our environment through the development of sustainable facilities and via investing in companies which aim to increase energy efficiency across a variety of sectors.
Greenscape is acquiring a significant stake in CapTherm Systems, a company
specializing in the development and commercialization of proprietary next generation
high-power electronics cooling technologies. CapTherm's unique
high-efficiency approach is called 'multiphase cooling'. The multiphase
technology represents the core of CapTherm's technology and harnesses the
raw power of the latent heat of vaporization. Proprietary technology enables
CapTherm to solve a broad range of high power electronics cooling challenges
across a variety of applications and industries. In the IT sector alone, CapTherm's
technology will enable its customers to achieve energy savings of up to 35% in
an industry where the energy spent on cooling is approximately $12.9 billion per
year.

Greenscape also offers a particular focus to the parking industry. Greenscape
has built the world's greenest parking structure, servicing the Denver
International Airport, with operating partner Propark America. Many features
have been incorporated into the design and construction to achieve LEED Gold
certification including solar, wind and geothermal power generation, LED
lighting and electric vehicle charging stations. This industry-transforming
development has been certified as a Demonstrator Site for the Green Parking
Council and will serve as a model from which new and environmentally
responsible parking facilities will be built.
